At our online store we want our customer to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the service we provide, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products purchase, give us a call within 15 days from the delivery date and we can issue you a refund. You shall pay for 15% restock fee and returning shipping cost, if the product is non-quality problem. Meanwhile please be sure that the returned product has not been damaged in any way and that all parts are included within the returned package. Returns need to be in new, resalable condition upon return. If items are damaged or cannot be resold,  a min 20% up to 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the retunrd amount.

If, for some reason, you received a tower (or tower accessories) that was damaged or had missing parts, please contact us via email to sales@boardoutlets.com and we will send out repair or replacement parts asap and no cost to you. The product warranty is only for the quality problem, we will not compensate for the damage to human factors. Therefore, please read the Warnings before you buy our products or before you use it.

For items purchased from a dealer or distributor, please contact them directly and we will work through them to resolve any support issues. Items purchased through a domestic dealer or international distributor cannot be returned directly to us. Any duties, freight, taxes, customs fees and installation costs are not included in our money back guarantee.
